• By applying for and using the Rewards Passport key tag, the participant agrees to be bound by the current Rewards Passport Terms and Conditions, any updates to these terms may be found at
www.OneidaRewardsPassport.com and may be modified, added or removed at Oneida Retail’s discretion.
• So we know who you are, Rewards Passport participants must complete and submit the Rewards Passport participation application in order to receive and use the Rewards Passport key tag.
• Points may be earned at participating Oneida Retail locations and premises of Oneida Retail Partners for qualifying purchases (as specified by Oneida Retail) using approved payment methods. These locations include all Oneida One Stops, Oneida Smoke Shops, and Oneida Casino Travel Center.
• Unfortunately we can’t provide points for money orders, ticket sales, stamps, intertribal purchases and gift card sales.
• We can only provide earned points to participants who present a valid Rewards Passport Key tag.
• We are unable to provide points for previous purchases and you need to present a valid Rewards Passport to be eligible for awarded points and other rewards.
• So you have the best benefit of rewards offered, there is only one Rewards Passport available per customer and points cannot be shared. They cannot be combined and joined with other Rewards Passport participants.
• It is the responsibility of the participant to scan their tag during the register transaction to ensure rewards on purchases are accepted for their purchase.
• Rewards Passport coupons may be redeemed at any participating Oneida Retail location, as long as the reward item is available at that location. In addition, we are unable to accept rewards if they are duplicated, copied, expired, illegible, altered or damaged in any way.
• Any lost, damaged or stolen rewards coupons may not be replaced.
• Oneida Retail may substitute any rewards or prizes for those of a comparable value without notice. Validation of participant details may be required in order to redeem rewards.
• If you lose your card, have it stolen, have it damaged, or have points unredeemed it may be replaced at Oneida Retail’s discretion.
• Oneida Retail cannot be responsible for errors or lost rewards resulting from computer hardware or software errors or fraud.
• All Rewards Passport key tags are licensed to Oneida Retail, and key tag ownership does not transfer to the participant.
• Oneida Retail may cancel Rewards Passport key tags at any time at its sole discretion.
• It is the participant’s obligation to keep informed of all club rewards, sweepstakes rewards, and points accumulations that lead to rewards and prizes.
• Any point accumulation of rewards on the Rewards Passport is always zero at the beginning of each month.
• Any rewards coupons expire 30 days after they are printed, and it is the responsibility of the participant to turn them in for redemption.
• Any monthly rewards or club rewards must be printed at the rewards printer in store within 30 days of earning the rewards.
• Any sweepstakes rewards will be available five days after the 1st of the month and are available for printing until the last day of the month.
